Our client is a top insurance institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, insurance, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our client.

Contract Dates: 6 months with potential to convert
Pay Rate: $25 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Typical Day in Role
- Being passionate about customer service and determined to do things right, you will ensure a high level of dedication and strive to meet clients' needs by promptly providing accurate responses to those inquiring about the available products and services.
- Inbound Call Center - about 50 calls per day

1) Bilingual - fully bilingual in French and English (read/write/speak in French/English)
2) 2-4 years of Customer Service-related experience, previous customer service experience in an information center, retail environment, or service sector.
3) Tech Savvy - experience with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Outlook, etc.)

- You have technical abilities as well as exceptional research skills, and meticulousness is always your priority. You can learn and use various administrative systems simultaneously.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. Experience with SalesForce
2. Background in Group Benefits
3. Previous experience in a contact center, insurance or group benefits

**Education**:

- High School Diploma
- No other schooling required, but University or College degree considered an asset

Additional requirements:

- You enjoy finding solutions and have skills in problem-solving and decision-making.

- You know how to achieve key performance indicators and take responsibility for them.
- You must connect your computer to the modem using an Ethernet cable. Your workspace must be safe, private, and free from distractions. Additionally, it must ensure the protection of clients' confidential information.
- You will follow a rotating work schedule, changing from week to week, to accommodate clients from different time zones (the rotating shifts start during business hours, from 8 AM to 8 PM [EST], Monday to Friday). Clients of the Customer Service Center are spread across the Canadian territory. Some flexibility is required as clients' needs evolve.
