**Overall** **Requirements**:
Our team is looking for an experienced, high-energy Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to fill an upcoming very complex role. Renaissance offers a close-knit working team and awarding opportunities for learning; simultaneously we trust that this role will provide you the opportunity to share your experience with the team.

The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will be responsible for the management of materials and services within a matrixed organization as needed to support manufacturing and the business plan and direction. Quarterly travel will be required, as well as 2 to 3 days a week on site in the plant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the global storage, control and distribution of materials and products to meet Renaissance objectives
- Manage and supervise all aspects of Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, inventory control, Demand Planning, distribution, and logistics in the manufacturing facility globally with a “hands-on” approach
- Assist in the development, implementation and management of projects related to all aspects of the inventory lifecycle
- Responsible for end-to-end materials and inventory management. The scope is from materials receiving, warehouse, MRB/NCM, scrap, FGI stocking & customer fulfillment globally
- Work closely with Customer focus teams to fully understand planned volumes to be manufactured and then participating in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings
- Manage and control the overall materials movement globally to maintain accuracy and accountability
- Ensure proper warehousing of materials and ensure inventory accuracy through industry practice of cycle count audit
- Ensure timely shipment of FGI product in line with the committed date given to the customer globally
- Ensure management of job objectives and career development for direct reports
- Ensure supply has been processed to enable international demand to be met in line with planning procedures
- Manage and innovate all international trade & logistics
- Build a robust 3/4/5PL service offering
- Develop the Supply Chain process outlining purchasing, warehouse, logistics, and material handling of the organization
- Develop key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of supply chain & Logistics processes
- Lead strategic development and manage supplier relationships
- Communicate and implement organizational policies and procedures

**Education & Experience**:

- 10 years of experience in Purchasing, Materials Management and Logistics within a manufacturing environment
- University or collage related degree; APICS or related certification in Business or Management

**Additional Qualifications**
- Advanced knowledge and use of MS Office suite, databases, and computer-based materials management tools
- High level of professional ethics and conduct
- Ability to work under pressure and manage many tasks and projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and decision making
- Ability to utilize commonly accepted information systems and develop new processes to achieve continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of product costing concepts and cost management skills
- Sharing in a team-based environment and provide knowledge transfer when required
- Ability to prioritize and complete work in a timely fashion. This is a fast-paced quick turnaround environment
- Ability to listen and communicate with peers at all levels within the organization
- Health and Safety conscious
- Autonomous self-starter; can anticipate what needs to be done before being asked
