With the upcoming launch of ALBA LAB, we hope to inject a breath of fresh air to the Canadian branding & creative scene. *Job title: *Career Consultant Assistant *Reporting to: *Career Consultant *Location:* Downtown Vancouver, BC *Responsibilities:

- * Conduct client needs assessment, review client's skill level, educational background, and industry experience and determine how to align it best with our products
- Research different industries and job markets to promote valuable information for
- Career Consultant.
- Response to students and job seeker needs to identify challenges and mitigate areas of struggle to develop cohesive and intentional action plans.
- Provide resources and guidance from industry overview, to interview preparation and our training program and development opportunity.
- Assist Career Consultant in educate clients of our programs which empower job seekers to lead a successful and strategic job search. *Qualifications:

- * Studying in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analysis, Human Resource,
- Psychology, Education, Business or related field.
- Experience in Career Consulting, Education, Human Resource, Recruiting or other related industry is a plus.
- Must be fluent in using Indeed, Linkedin, Monster and other job search boards.
- Fluent in Mandarin or other languages is a bonus.
- A self-starter and able to work in a team; passionate about working in a customer
- facing, fast-paced environment.
- Communicating and connecting with people. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $52,000.00 per year Benefits:
