Regional Support Associates, in association with Woodstock General Hospital, offers inter-disciplinary clinical and specialized services informed by our expertise within Behavioural Consultation, Case Management, Psychology, Psychiatry, Primary Health Care, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work and trauma informed care for people with intellectual disabilities across the Southwest Region of Ontario.

As a member of Regional Support Associates’ (RSA) senior leadership team, the Manager of Clinical Services will collaboratively oversee the delivery of services linked to the activities of RSA’s Clinical Resources available within the Tri-Counties of Southwestern Ontario. The Manager is responsible for the coordination and deployment in a systematic, practical and efficient manner, the clinical resources available within Regional Support Associates, which are funded through the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS). These services include but are not limited to; Psychology, Behavioural Supports, Psychiatric, Primary Health Care, Speech and Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy along with Enhanced Specialized Services, presently offered with the South-West Region of Ontario. Each of these services are formed from the collaborative engagement of multiple community-based stakeholders to problem-solve the urgent/complex circumstances of an individual, 18 years of age or older, deemed eligible for Developmental Services by the Developmental Services of Ontario-SWR.

**Qualifications**
- University Degree in Social Services (Preference given to those with a Master’s degree and membership with an college or governing body)
- Extensive experience within health and/or social services through direct delivery or coordination of clinical service resources
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead diverse teams of professionals within a wide geographic region
- Demonstrated leadership skills inclusive of conflict management/resolution
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills are mandatory, as is the demonstrated ability to deal congenially with a variety of people effectively and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Organizational skills and demonstrated ability to handle and respect confidential information with tact and diplomacy are essential
- Planning of and preparing for presentations and training programs
- Demonstrated ability in adherence to client rights, understanding client’s ability to direct care and client confidentiality
- A valid Driver’s License, with a minimum G2 standing, and access to a reliable automobile for extensive travel throughout Southwestern Ontario
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
- A willingness to learn more about this rewarding, exciting and unique field

- Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
