J.D. Barnes Limited, a leader in the surveying, mapping and land information industry, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Administrator to join our team at the Markham office.
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for recruiting for a variety of roles as well as the administration, tracking and support of corporate programs and initiatives. This role will help to facilitate orientation, provide support for Health & Safety programs and coordinate the administration of our fleet vehicles. Additional responsibilities will include Human Resources programs, and employee data management. This role will be involved in the full recruitment and onboarding cycle for multiple offices, including posting jobs, conducting screenings and interviews as well as coordinating staff onboarding and HRIS data entry.
**Requirements**:
- Fluency in French
- Minimum of 1 year of related HR experience
- Health and Safety experience preferred
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, specifically Advanced Excel
- Experience with SAGE HRMS or Acquire ATS an asset
- Experience with WSIB/Health & Safety preferred
