**What you will be doing**:

- Co-ordinate the business activity of In Room Dining to ensure an efficient operation and excellent guest serviceResponsible for maximizing the revenue of every order by upselling in a professional manner
- Adhere to Food & Beverage standards and Fairmont Palliser polices to ensure a luxury experience for our guests
- Ensure timeliness of In Room Dining deliveries and tray pickup
- Co-ordinate the delivery of VIP gifts
- To report any irregularities or comments from the guest & ensure resolution and follow up.
- Ensure a clean, tidy and safe work environment at all times following sanitation requirements and the Fairmont Palliser Health & Safety Policy
- Must be a well organized individual and able to work in an unsupervised environment by directing self and others to fulfil the needs to our guests.
- Accurate preparation of bills, service tray and tables
- Responsible to ensure all our guests enjoy a positive Hotel experience by anticipating guest needs and providing personalized service.
- Cashier duties for correct posting of bills & shift balance

**Your experience and skills include**:

- Must be energetic, enthusiastic, personable and presentableFood & Beverage experience
- Good communication and organization skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in four star Hotel is preferred
- Must possess excellent customer relations skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Read, speak and understand the English language
- Must be self-directed and self-motivated
- Able to function as part of a team and provide direction to others.
