**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

Reporting to the Product Quality Manager, the Product Quality Specialist will contribute to the growth of the company by closely following up on specific quality processes with an assigned customer in an efficient, organized, meticulous, progressive, and economical manner. This role ensures all quality process steps are followed before shipping products to customers, while working with internal teams including production, design, sourcing, suppliers, and overseas partners.

**DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)**
- Review and comment fabric & trim quality, fabric & trim testing result, fabric & trim color, and update product WB daily.
- Review each product workbook made by the design team and update them with the quality process before sending to factory and/or costing.
- Confirm care instruction for all products at development stage.
- Update the production tracker of all approval status.
- Request the fabric and/or garment test by a 3rd party lab (when required) and analyze reports failure/data.
- Upload all comments in the workbook and send them to the factories in a timely manner.
- Weekly meeting with other departments to review all the programs and update their status.
- Proactively suggest solutions when issues are faced in quality/production/fit to meet all required deadlines.
- Work closely with the licensor to meet their needs and make sure we are up to date with their protocols and manuals.
- Have knowledge in garment construction/sewing, fabric construction, testing.

**REQUIRMENTS**
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Detail oriented
- Significant knowledge of fabric, color and sewing
- Excel knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
