RE/MAX Performance Realty is looking for a detail oriented individual with a strong ability to multi-task in our extremely busy real estate office. There are 2 job titles/descriptions: Assistant to the Comptroller and Assistant to the Conveyancing/Sales Administrator.

**Job Duties Include**:

- Process Accounts Payables (first 10 days of the month are busiest)
- Bank deposit verification of details and posting
- Process Trust Account Reconciliation report to Desktop file
- Real Estate "Deal" payouts, record entries and create cheques for excess deposits to lawyers, and payout other brokerages and/or our own agents
- Process refund cheques for “Void Approved” deals
- Administer agent paycheque deposits
- Report to "Commission Advance" company and make deposit to their account
- Report to Steinbach office with copies of their agents’ cheques
- Bank account entry for daily commission and operating account
- Transfer funds between Real Estate company accounts
- Receive Agents billing payments
- Steinbach office sales administration and conveyancing

.Winnipeg office sales administration and conveyancing when the Senior Sales Administrator is on vacation
- Manage Petty Cash
- Prepare daily bank deposits (Trust, Commission and Operating accounts), deposit at ATM
- Pay vendors by cheques or Visa before the 15th and 2nd last business day of the month
- Manage and remit Steinbach office broker invoices (15th and 2nd last business day of the month, after payouts are complete)
- Maintain list of vendors and their contact information
- Maintain list of vendor user names and passwords
- Download and print out Visa statements and Excel CSV file on the 22nd or 23rd of each month and prepare reconciliation for Comptroller
- Once Comptroller has completed the Visa audit, “clear out” Pay Vendors file to match those already paid out
- Assist with preparing and distribution of month end agent billing
- Update annual agent deductions requests

.Other sundry duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Must have 2-3 years of full time Bookkeeping or Accounting experience
- 10-key typing speed of 50 words per minute or better.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

Must be available to work longer than typical hours as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $34,000.00 per year
