Chubb Fire and Security Canada is a leading fire and security service provider in Canada and globally around the world as part of the APi Group of Companies. We are currently recruiting for a B2B Marketing Specialist to join our team in Canada as we join our global colleagues on the transformation journey.
**Role Summary**
We are looking for a creative people person with a passion for B2B marketing and communications to join our team and work with local and global colleagues on initiatives that digitize and transform our service offerings and help communicate our passion for sustainability, our people-first culture, and commitment to great customer service.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Lead and support content development for the Chubb Canada and SMC Canada websites, and manage the SEO content strategy and reporting.
- Support the external communication strategy with the global team through various social media platforms including Hootsuite, LinkedIn, etc.
- Work collaboratively with local and global teams on the development of service initiatives that support the growth of the business and improve customer loyalty
- Develop creative and memorable launch campaign collateral for customers as part of our Safety, Sustainability, Our world of opportunity, Chubb VisiON Plus, and other initiatives.
- Uphold and be a brand champion for Chubb and SMC
- Curate the Digital Asset Management content for Chubb and SMC.
- Work collaboratively with local teams to support and develop customer events and tradeshow activities.
**Key Requirements**
- Excellent writing skills for a variety of channels and audiences
- Positive people first collaborative attitude
- Preference for individuals with a basic understanding and knowledge of the Fire and Security Industry
- Competency with SEO, Hootsuite, Populo, Google review, and AdWords
- Ability to be able to shoot and edit videos and comfortable with ‘tech’
- A natural networker who can work with a diverse range of people from different backgrounds and cultures and has the ability to build remote relationships.
**Educational /Technical Requirements**
- Minimum 3-5 years of marketing, advertising, communications, or public relations experience
- Intermediate understanding of Graphic Design and Print processes
- Post Secondary Education in Business Management, Communications, or Marketing
