**System Administrator**

This position will handle SysAdmin duties and additionally Solution Design/Estimating and Team Lead.

Here's what you'll be doing every week.

Handling Escalated Tickets:

- Respond promptly to escalated technical issues from our help desk team.
- Collaborate with other team members to find efficient solutions.
- Train Help Desk technicians to handle more complex tickets
- Identify ticket trends and implement automation or other tools to mitigate issues

Solution Design and Estimating:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements.
- Design and propose effective solutions tailored to their needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for project timelines and resource requirements.

Team Leadership:

- Lead a team of skilled technicians.
- Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture.

We are looking for someone who knows how to troubleshoot problems, learn rapidly, and communicate well. We are looking for someone who's excited by words like "PowerShell", "Microsoft 365", "Azure", "Automation", "MikroTik", "Hyper-V" and "Virtual Networking".
