**Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the company to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficient and effective functioning of all departments.
- Analyze financial statements, monitor key performance indicators, and make data-driven decisions to optimize business performance.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise management personnel to ensure a high-performing team.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Presents strategies and results to executives, key stakeholders, and the board of directors.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to support business growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excels at relationship building and has exceptional leadership skills.
- Strong customer relationship-building and negotiating skills.
- Identify opportunities for new business relationships, new products and new ways of doing business.
- Manage existing sales staff and recruit new salespeople in a structured environment so they can succeed.
- Travel as required to meet business needs and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sign industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor’s in business, economics, finance, accounting, marketing, entrepreneurship, or a similar major is required.
- Previous experience with an ERP system.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Proven track record of success in maintaining the profitability of manufacturing operations.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals and targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
