**Chargé (e) de la conception - Transport en commun et ferroviaire**

En raison de la croissance continue de notre discipline de transport en commun et ferroviaire, notre Centre d’ingénierie-conception est à la recherche d’une personne dynamique et motivée pour occuper le poste de **chargé(e) de la conception - transport en commun et ferroviaire.**

**Plusieurs emplacements disponible: Montréal, Brossard, Québec, ou Ottawa.**

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Diriger l’exécution de projets multidisciplinaires pour des gares ou stations complexes en mode conception-construction ou PPP, afin de produire des conceptions conformes et constructibles, satisfaisant aux exigences du client, aux exigences d’exploitation et d’entretien, et aux exigences de construction.
- Assurer que la conception est réalisée conformément aux processus d’ingénierie appropriés, y compris les processus de GHD et les processus spécifiques au projet.
- Coordonner le contrôle de la qualité de tous les livrables en conformité avec le système de gestion de la qualité de GHD.
- Élaborer ou vérifier la portée technique des projets, et travailler avec les domaines d’activités concernés pour fournir des prix durant la préparation de la proposition, puis planifier les travaux après l’obtention du mandat afin d’amorcer les activités de conception.
- Participer activement à la préparation et au respect d’un calendrier de livrables en collaboration avec l’équipe des contrôles de projets.
- Gérer le budget d’ingénierie-conception et fournir des informations essentielles à l’équipe des contrôles de projets.
- Mettre en œuvre et respecter le système de contrôle des changements du projet, y compris la transmission proactive des changements potentiels aux échelons supérieurs.
- Participer à la vérification et à l’amélioration constantes de la stratégie globale du projet, afin de respecter l’échéancier et le budget de conception avec la capacité de répondre aux exigences relatives à la planification des étapes ou des phases.
- Assurer une communication fluide entre les équipes de gestion du projet, de conception, de construction, et les divers partenaires internes et externes.
- Vérifier que les données sur l’échéancier et le budget correspondent à l’avancement des services professionnels fournis tout au long de l’exécution du projet.
- Coordonner la préparation des critères de conception par les chefs d’équipe.
- Diriger la création et l’exécution du plan de travail en conception, ainsi que le niveau d’effort.
- Convoquer, présider et documenter des réunions interdisciplinaires de coordination de la conception, présenter les mises à jour et les enjeux cruciaux qui affectent les partenaires externes au (à la) chargé(e) de projet.
- Servir de liaison au besoin entre l’administrateur(-trice) des contrats de construction et l’équipe d’ingénierie durant la construction. Coordonner la résolution de problèmes multidisciplinaires découlant de non-conformités aux plans et devis sur le chantier.
- Coordonner la conformité de la conception par la vérification et la validation des spécifications fonctionnelles.
- Déterminer les modifications de conception à valeur ajoutée qui pourraient appuyer positivement les projets de conception-construction dans tous les domaines d’activités.

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat (B. Sc.) ou diplôme équivalent d’un établissement universitaire reconnu en génie civil, génie électrique, génie mécanique ou génie des structures.
- Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs de Québec (OIQ)
- Expérience en gestion de la conception sur des projets de système léger sur rail (SLR) au Canada.
- Expérience en exécution de projets selon différents modèles (PPP, conception-construction), et en gestion d’arrangements entre les équipes de conception, les entrepreneurs et les sous-traitants.
- Expérience de 10 ans et plus en gestion de la conception au sein d’équipes d’ingénierie multidisciplinaires (projets de 500 M$ et plus), et expérience en conception de gares ou stations complexes et d’installations de transport en commun.
- Connaissance des domaines suivants : garages (autobus et trains), gares et stations (au niveau du sol, surélevées et souterraines), électrification et signalisation.
- Connaissance des logiciels d’ordonnancement et des techniques d’ingénierie et d’estimation des coûts en capital, un atout incontestable.
- Expérience en modélisation des données du bâtiment (BIM) dans le cadre de projets multidisciplinaires.
