About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Proposal Specialist to join our national Business Development Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the creation and delivery of high-quality proposals that showcase Kasian's expertise and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling proposal content, including writing, editing, and formatting documents in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and Leadership to translate visions into persuasive messages that highlight Kasian's strengths and approach.
  • Coordinate proposal kick-off meetings, determine deliverables and deadlines, and liaise with the Proposal Champion as required.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Assist in maintaining proposal resources, including databases of supporting materials, boilerplate content, and resumes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in the architectural and/or interior design field.
  • Strong written communication and design fundamentals, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • A natural self-starter with excellent prioritization, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or Design is an asset, but not required.
  • Prior experience in the AEC field is preferred.

Salary and Location

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. While being located in one of our major city center locations is an asset, it is not a requirement. Our company culture supports remote work arrangements, allowing us to connect and collaborate across multiple time zones.
