Reporting to Senior Manager, Talent & Employee Experience, the Manager, Global Mobility, is responsible for continuing to build and execute Nutrien’s global mobility strategic vision ensuring alignment to business need, market competitiveness and always keeping the employee experience top of mind. The primary focus is to enhance the overall employee experience throughout the mobility process, ensuring adherence to Nutrien’s policies, immigration, and tax regulations.

At Nutrien, the global mobility team is a key partner and enabler of strategic management of talent. As such, transforming our program and practice from delivery to advisory and becoming a more strategic partner that is aligned to business needs and HR programs is imperative. As the talent needs of Nutrien continue to evolve, our global mobility program must evolve to serve the needs of our stakeholders in HR and the business while maintaining program integrity and compliance.

**What you will do**:
**Leadership & Program Management**
- Lead a team of global mobility professionals who support all Nutrien business units across multiple global locations
- Develop, implement, and execute global mobility programs, policies, and processes globally, ensuring alignment to business needs and are both market competitive and cost-effective
- Act as the main point of contact for global HR, local HR, and leaders on mobility requests/inquiries, assignment planning, and policy counseling. Provide consultancy services, advice and collaborative support regarding the interpretation and execution of Nutrien’s global mobility policies and practices
- Develops and manages relationships with program vendors, including sourcing, cost negotiation, issue resolution, and ensuring high standards of service delivery and delivery against set KPIs (including work visas and multi country tax planning/filings)
- Sets and manages Global Mobility function budget, ensures budget guidance for SBUs is provided on an annual basis
- Accountable for quarterly foreign tax reconciliations, tax authorization lists, overall tax compliance of Nutrien’s assignees
- Collaborate with internal teams regarding relocation, immigration and tax programs and policies. Ensure alignment between vendors, internal teams and global mobility programs and policies
- Create a positive employee experience for participants through all aspects of the employee’s relocation
- Provide expertise addressing inquiries related to Nutrien’s global mobility policies and procedures, and those from cross-functional partners
- Manage end-to-end mobility cases, enhancing employee experience in line with Nutrien’s mobility policies. Serve as the point of contact during transfers, secondments, immigration, and all global mobility related matters, fulfilling all legal and financial responsibilities
- Act as an escalation point for the global mobility team for complex relocations, immigration, and tax cases
- Update HR team and business on global mobility budget process and costs, ensuring visibility and awareness into program costs and driving a strong understanding of talent outcomes
- Communicate and manage the mobility process, policy, and timeline, to participants and key stakeholders in accordance with Nutrien’s service level agreements
- Continually review current practices to ensure compliance with tax and immigration requirements are up to date
- Navigate multiple systems and software programs, including SAP/Oracle, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
