The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is primarily responsible for driving Red Bull’s marketing strategies through the management of the Consumer Collecting program. Specifically, this position oversees Student Marketeers and the collegiate universe, building relevance and driving trial throughout the region. In addition, the FMS leads the execution of specific Red Bull projects, maintaining focus on our key audiences, developing relationships with key influencers, and keeping the product top of mind for our target consumer.

Recruit, train and manage a team of university students to make Red Bull an integral and relevant part of a student life across key campuses.

Coach, motivate and mentor Student Marketeers (SMs) to ensure a consistently positive consumer experience.

Encourage the SMs to continually reinforce best practices and delivery against the defined sampling strategy (including regular shadow shifts that ensure perfect interaction execution).

Together with the Consumer Collecting Manager (CCM) and Field Marketing Manager (FMM) set clear goals that drive trial and engage new & infrequent users to expand the consumer base.

Together with Consumer Collecting Manager and Field Marketing Manager set clear goals to support sales and event initiatives in market.

Initiate, organize and supervise sales support plans that ensure perfect distribution and visibility on and around campus.

Activate campus relationships & integrate Red Bull into key usage occasions.

Lead the creative process within the SM community to ensure a constant flow of new ideas to build loyalty within the collegiate audience.

Participate and help drive the campus team to deliver against the goal of building the Red Bull brand on campus through activations, availability and opinion leaders.

Create and deliver a regional student marketing plan in line with the national strategy, through the management of Student Marketeers.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the SMs ensuring all key performance indicators are met (project/activation targets, can targets, product knowledge) and contributing to greater cut through with students.

Support the FMM in developing and executing specific national and regional Red Bull owned programs.

Build and activate relationships with key opinion leaders within sport and culture.

Support the FMM in building communications plans for local event activations, primarily the collegiate programs.

Manage the local Consumer Collecting budget.

Provide the FMM and CCM with monthly reports.

Support the FMM in relevant partnership projects.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- University Degree.
- 2+ years' marketing experience or experience in a marketing related field.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to seamlessly blend in with an extremely diverse audience.
- Strong written and verbal skills with an attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, initiative and communications skills.
- Ability to meet strict and demanding deadlines.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Experience with MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Clean G Driver’s License.
