**Crosslinx Transit Solutions (CTS) is a consortium comprised of EllisDon, **AtkinsRéalis**, Aecon and ACS - Dragados. CTS has been selected by Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to deliver the Eglinton Crosstown Light Rail Transit Project and is seeking highly qualified, experienced personnel to join the team of this complex P3 design and construction project.**

The Closeout Intern will provide administrative and technical solutions to assist our Closeout Team.**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the collection and organization of closeout documentation in order to achieve substantial completion.
- Working with station teams in identifying close out requirements including that of spares inventory
- Perform additional assignments as directed or as required for successful project completion.
- Maintaining closeout documents and ensure they are updated to reflect status.
- Assembling and compiling documentation.
- Scanning, uploading, filing documents conforming to an established requirement.
- Tracking and quality review of ITPs documentation and submitted ITP documents to respective departments & teams.
- Data entry using several software platforms. (Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Excel).
- Coordinating with relevant teams to prepare presentation files using PowerPoint for meetings with the client.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational experience as a Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineer, Facilities Management etc.
- Ability to multitask and resolve conflicting priorities is a must.
- Detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent computer skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office software.
- Must have strong communications skills (in English) both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction substantial completion processes and the construction lien act is a strong asset.

**General**

Please note this is a short-duration position of approximately _4-5 months_.**Physical Demands**
- Primary work location is project segment/site office (along Eglinton transit line), along with work from home, when necessary.
- Work location flexibility within GTA desirable.
