Are you personable, organized, and pay attention to details? We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Admin & Client Experience Coordinators

This position offers an OPPORTUNITY to grow within our organization starting with 10 hours a week & will increase based on performance. This position will work various shifts on Mon/Wed/Thurs 3:30 pm to 8:30 pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting all visitors
- Managing scheduling and booking for multiple team members
- Processing retail transactions and memberships
- Ensure Front area is tidy and professional
- Communications
- Entering data into gym software

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Can multi-task while being organized
- Professional
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and Experience Requirements
- At least 6 months of retail sales or customer service experience
- Gym management software knowledge is helpful but not required.
- Good technology skills and knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Morinville, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
