Hairstylist

Responsibilities:

- Provide hair styling services to clients, including cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Sanitize and maintain salon tools and equipment
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products
- Upsell additional salon services and products to clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired hairstyle and provide recommendations if needed
- Assist with front desk duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Valid cosmetology license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hair styling and salon services
- Knowledge of current hair trends and techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong retail sales skills and ability to upsell salon products

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $16.00-$23.39 per hour

**Experience**:

- hair styling: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Journeyman Licence (preferred)
