The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for overseeing quality assurance to all transcribed reports. This position performs a wide range of tasks, including checking report content for grammar, consistency of content, clarity and formatting. All duties are handled with a high degree of quality customer service and in compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Summary of essential job tasks:

- Review reports for clarity, objectivity, spelling and grammar and ensures all questions are answered appropriately and clearly.
- Maintains timely follow-up and tracking of all reports.
- Follows the QA protocol for releasing/submitting reports.
- Secures patient information and maintains patient confidentiality by completing and safeguarding medical records.
- Work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented and cases are returned in a timely fashion.
- Provide great customer service when responding to customers inquiries regarding reports.
- Provide support to all departments, assessors and customers as needed.
- Ensures that RIDM meets service level agreements and our client’s expectations and government regulations.
- Handles/Escalates appropriate complaints and resolves issue in a timely fashion so as to optimize the clients experience with RIDM.
- Promotion of RIDM to appropriate customers and business segments.
- Liaise with paralegals and lawyers.
- Provide regular reporting of essential information to upper management.

**The person we are seeking must have**:
Competence with Microsoft Office, Adobe and report formatting.

Excellent spelling and grammar, formatting and editing skills.

Exceptional organization and time management skills.

Attention to detail.

Medical terminology is a plus.

**Rate of Pay**: $20-$25/hour
