Reporting to the Sr. Manager Western Terminals.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure Safe and reliable operations of the Bloom Distribution terminal, including Anhydrous Ammonia, and dry fertilizer products
- Direct supervision over the terminal employees, including daily communications, problem-solving, and operations
- Provide leadership to the terminal employees in the areas of morale, continuous improvement, responsibility, and staff development
- Ensure the operations and maintenance of the terminal follow the SHE procedures and all life critical are in place and fully understood by site employees
- Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met at the terminal, including stewarding all local and regulatory safety and process safety standards and regulations
- Ensure the operations and maintenance of the terminal follow the PSM/RMP process and that equipment is designed, maintained, changed, operated, and decommissioned in a responsible manner that complies with industry recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEPs)
- Ensure the cost-effective operation and maintenance of the terminal. Develop and steward to expense budget and monitor results to ensure the effectiveness
- Coordinate with commercial teams and production facilities to ensure timely and effective supply and customer service
- Responsible for continuously implementing improvements in equipment, processes, procedures, and safety that have a positive impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the terminals
- Review and coordinate the specific terminal capital project needs for the terminal
- Responsible for Afterhours service, security, and emergency preparedness for the terminal

**What you will bring**:

- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Post-Secondary education an asset
- Proven supervisory skills with 5+ years’ experience or equivalent
- Experience with robust safety, process safety management, and risk management plan programs preferred
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a Safety First, drug-free work environment - required to pass the Drug & Alcohol Testing
- Respect for individual diversity and eagerness to collaborate, assist, and approach challenges with a determined attitude to succeed together
- Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills that can be applied to equipment systems and program development/improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team context with excellent time management and organization skills
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Be flexible, adapt easily to change and have the ability to take the initiative when situations warrant immediate resolution
- As a team player, you will be expected to work with senior management, your peers, and staff, as well as contractors, visitors and customers
- Job will require occasional travel (US and Canadian Distribution Network Terminals)
