Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Manager to oversee our aquatic facility. The Aquatics Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the aquatics program, including swim lessons, lifeguarding, and pool maintenance. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for educating others about swimming.

**Duties**:

- Develop and implement swim lesson programs for all age groups and skill levels
- Recruit, train, and supervise lifeguards and swim instructors
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning aquatic facility
- Coordinate and schedule swim meets, events, and other aquatic programs
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests
- Monitor pool chemical levels and perform routine maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and provide training opportunities

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of swimming techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to educate and instruct individuals of all ages in swimming skills
- Excellent leadership and management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Aquatic Supervisor: 2 years (required)
