**Overall Requirements**:
Our Engineering team is looking for a Technical Writer/Document Controller to work with our engineering team and to gather critical information, rough draft of documentation and procedures and convert them to finished documentation for final review and distribution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and transpose customer documentation and import into Renaissance procedure format.
- Assess and implement Engineering Change Orders and advise affected departments
- Assist with the editing of documents to ensure compliance with ISO standards
- Provide internal guidance and training to Operations team on documentation requirements and procedures.
- Track and review change control documentation
- Plan, write, and maintain systems and user support documentation.
- Handle administration and lifecycle management of procedural documents supporting
- Write technical specifications, train test personnel, present technical demos.
- Develop and maintain installation, configuration, how-to documentation
- Must be able to learn products by hands-on experience
- Work with engineers and other team members to gather critical information and materials to put into procedures.

**Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Specialized training in technical writing and certification credentials is a plus.
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with the engineering team.
- Experience developing, writing, editing and assembling technical publications or procedures documents.
- Experience in developing and documenting diagnostics and test procedures.
- Experience in generating, controlling revision process and secure storage and distribution of controlled documents.
- Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Office FrameMaker, Acrobat, Photoshop,
- Self-starter and ability to work autonomously
- Must be flexible and have ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
