The Resident Manager at The City of Lougheed Tower FOUR will be the front-facing representative of the SHAPE brand while also working behind the scenes to deliver every element of our residential rental program. They will report directly to the Property Manager and Director of Residential Management, and will assist in the launch, lease, move-in, and on-site management of 237 rental homes at one of Canada’s most exciting projects.

The Resident Manager will be working closely alongside a full-time concierge, janitorial cleaning staff, and Customer Care Representatives.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of Rental Tower
- Management and oversight of Head Concierge and Concierge Team
- Tenant Relations and Guest Service Excellence
- Ensure cleanliness of building and premises
- Answer any and all inquiries made by prospective tenants/residents in a polite, positive, and professional manner
- Conduct Condition Inspection walkthroughs with residents
- Inspection and Security of premises
- Unit Turnovers Coordination
- Enforcing building, amenity, and tenancy bylaws in a firm and professional manner
- Post and deliver notices to tenants as required and as per the Residential Tenancy Act
- Service Requests: Coordination and oversight of repairs, trades, warranty work, etc.
- Light Repairs as required
- Ensure all processes and administrative procedures are followed consistently, completely, and accurately
- Receive and keep accurate and detailed records and documentation including tenant information, security deposits, pet deposits, identification, and rental fees
- Provide a world-class experience to all guests and prospective tenants
- Perform all other duties as assigned

- Detail-oriented, works well under pressure, and capable of handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
- Outgoing with strong organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with confrontation and maintain objectivity in public relations
- Ability to complete light repairs is an asset
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, but specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Required Training and Experience_
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar position is an asset

**Working Conditions**
