The New Polaris Project is located in the Tulsequah Valley in northwestern British Columbia, 100 kms South of Atlin Access to the site is by air only.

**Job Description: Exploration Camp Manager**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Camp Manager to oversee our 2024 site program beginning in late April 2024, for a period of 3 to 4 months. Concurrent activities this season will include:

- o A 12,000m exploration drilling campaign
- o Removal of legacy core sheds and reorganizing the core
- o Tree-cutting and bridge repair
- o Establishing a service route to the drill pads
- o Mechanical maintenance of site equipment
- o Site scrap removal
- o Test pit program for soil characterization
- o Water sampling wells installation.

**Key Responsabilities**:

- 1. Manage and maintain the camp to ensure a sanitary, safe, and organized environment.
- 2. Provide safety leadership and safety oversight.
- 3. Lead a team of support personnel including kitchen staff, equipment operators and laborers.
- 4. Provide logístical oversight for all camp activities and efficiently coordinate flights to achieve the program.
- 5. Collaborate with and support the drilling contractor and other contractors on the site.
- 6. Report daily activities and liaise with Vancouver administrative and management personnel.

Overall, the Exploration Camp Manager will occupy the central role in achieving the 2024 program in a safe and efficient manner.

**Requirements**:

- o 5+ years experience as an exploration camp manager.
- o Commitment to safety
- o Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- o Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues.
- o Ability to work in remote and challenging field conditions.

**Work Schedule**:
Two or three weeks on site followed by two or three weeks off site.
