The Manager, Product Training & Strategy will support the Product Impact Team to lead the development and delivery of a scalable training program in order to drive customer success and product adoption.

**What You'll Do**
- Build and execute innovative training programs that combine on-demand resources, in-app tutorials, live webinars, and personalized 1:1 training.
- Develop a training roadmap that scales with our business growth and enhances user engagement and adoption.
- Capture and incorporate best practices from top sports and entertainment brands into our training program, turning insights into actionable "StellarAlgo Plays."
- Collaborate with our product marketing function to engage customers directly in the platform and increase the effectiveness of our training resources.
- Track performance metrics to continuously improve the training experience for our customers.

**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in product training for B2B SaaS technology. It’s a huge plus if you’ve worked in the sports or live entertainment industries.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs that include a mix of on-demand resources, live webinars, and 1:1 sessions, helping customers get the most out of complex platforms.
- Experience with customer engagement. You understand how to drive engagement by integrating best practices from the sports industry into training content, contributing to product marketing, and connecting directly with users.
- Experience with various technologies such as Microsoft Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Video conferencing software (Zoom, Teams), Slack, Intercom, Synthesia, Hubspot, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)

You’re a strong communicator, skilled at breaking down technical details into clear, actionable insights for users whether in written form, live webinars, or face-to-face. You have a strategic mindset and get excited about building scalable training strategies that support business growth, helping customers succeed and increasing product adoption. Data plays a large role in your decision making and you’re known to track and measure training effectiveness, making improvements to content and delivery methods based on data insights. You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and considers customers part of your team. You work well with cross functional teams and are comfortable supporting personalized customer training including 1:1 sessions and special customer requests. Those who know you describe you as someone who gets things done. You have a bias for action and are proactive in identifying ways to improve the training experience and are always looking for opportunities to make things better
