**What you'll be doing...**:
Reporting to the Supervisor, Youth Programs, the Digital Outreach Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Experience and Marketing Teams and play a critical role in driving online growth, engagement and positive sentiment in BC Transit’s Youth Programs. This position will be responsible for overseeing and developing content strategies for the BC Transit BusReady website, while also devising social media content and advertising campaigns that coincide with the overall Youth Programs’ strategy. This position will require juggling a busy workload with a combination of planned and spontaneous deliverables, building relationships both internally and with the online community, content strategy and copywriting and providing support and messaging for project team members and ensuring that key milestones are celebrated.

- Experience creating marketing campaigns or writing marketing content for digital mediums
- Experience with social campaigns, channel management and use of enterprise-level management tools
- Experience in digital advertising and graphic design
- Strong media planning and analytical skills
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach
- Willing to learn new technologies
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to meet tight deadlines
