Mount Olive Lutheran Church is seeking a permanent part-time Office Administrator to manage the office and provide administrative support to the Pastor, Music Director, Council and Congregation.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years administrative experience preferably in the not-for-profit or church environment.
- Computer competency with advanced knowledge of MS Word, Publisher, Excel, Google

Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Integrity, discretion, empathy, and a desire to work with parishioners and church committees to support the mission and vision of the church.
- An opportunity to work independently and make a difference in a supportive and flexible environment.

This is a part time, 18-24 hour per week position, with a possible increase of hours to be reviewed in
September. Currently this position will be Tuesday - Thursday 9:30-3:30pm (flexible start or end time negotiable). We offer full benefits including 3 weeks vacation, sick leave, extended health, dental and life insurance. A full job description is available upon request.
