This is a full-time position with benefits; it’s a casual, fast-paced working environment. The role will begin in training of the system and customers to then be integrated into a fully immersed Customer Service/Sales Representative Role. Hours

Monday: 6:30am-2:00pm

Tuesday: 5:30am-2:00pm

Wednesday: 6:30am-2:00pm

Thursday: 5:30am-2:00pm

Friday: 6:00am-2:00pm

Saturday shifts may be added in the future with a substitute day off.
- Entering and preparing invoices for customers
- Assist customers at checkout (taking payment - cheques or debit, credit)
- Assist with sorting and labeling all products accurately in and out of the cooler
- Assist with Inventory
- Assist in creating invoices for customers based on inbound product and inventory.
- Contact customers from available client list to grow and understand the business.
- Answering Customer service calls from customers to assist in placing orders.
- Making outbound calls to customers
- Assist with unpacking, inspecting and verifying incoming product(s) compared to purchase order(s)
- Must be able to use excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced and multicultural environment
- Good communication, time management and organization skills are required
- Strong customer service skills & Strong organizational skills
- Team player & Problem solving
- Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-15 lbs occasionally lift and/or move products that are more than 10 lbs.
- Ability to work in a cold working environment (3-5 degrees) for extended periods.
- Environment such as heated warehouse conditions, concrete floor, cooler up to 5 degree Celsius

**Qualifications**:

- Previous Customer Sales Service/Support Success experience
- Enthusiasm to help a customer, make the sale and build a good customer relationship
- Preferred - Floral Product knowledge
- Market knowledge and know floral industry holiday flower needs or be willing to learn.
- Strong computer skills with IBMI system software an asset
- Dependability, punctuality, Integrity and have a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently in a self -directed way
- Time management and organizational skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills
- The attitude to work in a fast
- paced environment
- Prepared to work in a cooler is required
- Problem solving skills
- Documentation skills
- Listening skills
- Good resolving conflict skills

**Education and Experience**:

- Sales experience in the floral industry is preferred
- High School Diploma Minimum
- Entrepreneurial culture is an asset
