**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize product listings to prove a best-in-class customer experience across various e-commerce platforms to improve search visibility, conversion rates, and overall performance.
- Utilize keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving product discoverability and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute merchandising strategies.
- Continuously monitor and improve our product detail page for 5 business segments holding more than 50,000 SKUs.
- Utilize A/B testing and other analytical techniques to optimize product listings and drive incremental improvements in performance.
- Product photography in accordance with e-commerce best practices that accurately represent our products and showcase their features and benefits.
- Edit and retouch product images as needed to ensure consistency and quality across all listings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce merchandising and photography.

**Requirements**:

- ** **Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
- Creative mindset with a **STRONG** attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional digital customer experience
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, with a proven track record of optimizing or creating product listings and driving measurable results
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Amazon would be an asset
- Experience in product photography & editing, with a portfolio demonstrating your ability to capture high-quality images would be an asset
- Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools is an asset but not required
