All of our products are lovingly created in small batches to maintain their artisanal quality. Every day is different in the shop. We love to get creative bringing new products to our customers. We pride ourselves on quality and superior customer service. Our sweet little shop has been described as “tiny but mighty”; but what we lack in size, we make up for in heart. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaboratively organize and run social media campaigns.
- Contribute to team decisions related to packaging design and branding decisions.
- Merchandise store and take a lead role with retail, office coordination, gift packaging, updating shopify website and POS systems.
- Maintain customer relations with retail and wholesale clients.
- Monitor analytics, digital dashboards and business activities using shopify and other POS systems.
- Support team with data extraction, evaluation, sorting, summarizing and presenting selected markets, customers and opportunities; manage information relevant for growth decision making.
- Collaborate with Christy’s team to successfully complete variety of tasks as needed to support business operation.
- Support sales at trade shows as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Share your creativity by contributing innovative ideas

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must be able to stand, stoop and lift as needed for long periods of time.
- Must be willing to do light cleaning to keep the shop shiny and pretty.
- Must be willing to help set up trade shows as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Graphic design and marketing experience. Degree or diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Competency working with Microsoft Office, MS Excel and social media planning software.
- Proficient in photography, videography, Adobe Photoshop and video editing software.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Experience in business and retail sales environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce analytics.
- Ability to read and understand market data and convert it into meaningful information/analysis is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Social personality suited for sales.
- Willingness to work flexible hours during the busy holiday season.
- A can-do spirit, willing to jump in and multi-task as needed.
- Self starter - great at initiating and have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Keen eye for detail and design.

**Schedule**:

- Full time
- Tuesday - Saturday (10-6pm)
- Some flexibility available especially during non
- busy season
- Willingness to consider longer shifts during Christmas season
- Salary: TBD based on qualifications
- 1 year contract with opportunity for renewal

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
