**About the role**

The Market Research department is responsible for identifying new potential customers for the organization. The Research Data Analyst will support the operations of the Company’s Worldwide lead & customer expansion program through customer research, database updates, management of customer lists, lead dissemination, and modification.

**What you’ll be working on**
- Gather and validate information on prospective new customers
- Customer mapping/coding initiatives for new customer identification
- Data extraction from external databases (Dun & Bradstreet and Apollo)
- Provide support for departmental initiatives and projects
- Organize information into tables and files.

**We’re looking for someone with**
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Basic Microsoft Access (advanced knowledge an asset)
- Experience with CRM systems (Oracle or Peoplesoft an asset).
