Ce poste est à pourvoir au sein de LBC Capital, une filiale de Banque Laurentienne.

**Responsabilités**
- Concevoir un plan de développement des affaires multidimensionnel qui convient au secteur du transport/de la construction.
- Mettre en œuvre une stratégie de sollicitation directe visant des clients potentiels prometteurs (c.à-d. des sociétés de camionnage et de construction établies dont les dépenses d’investissement annuelles sont modérées à importantes).
- Établir et maintenir des relations de travail productives avec les principaux fournisseurs d’équipement.
- Être un membre actif d’associations sectorielles.
- Recommander des structures de crédit-bail et de financement à valeur ajoutée conformes aux politiques et aux procédures de LBC Capital.
- Analyser les états financiers et préparer les demandes de crédit.
- Collaborer étroitement avec d’autres membres de l’équipe de LBC Capital pour veiller à la livraison des produits et au traitement des demandes des clients dans les délais voulus.
- Se tenir au fait des tendances du marché, de la législation relative au secteur et des points forts des concurrents pour maximiser l’efficacité de la prospection et créer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires.
- Surveiller le portefeuille afin de veiller à ce qu’il soit toujours conforme aux modalités et aux conditions existantes (contrôle du risque du crédit).
- Assurer la conformité aux politiques de LBC Capital et aux lois applicables dans chacune des transactions.
- Promouvoir des occasions de vente croisée avec la Banque.
- Effectuer d’autres tâches connexes au besoin et/ou à la demande du vice-président adjoint ou de la vice-présidente adjointe.

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine pertinent et de six à huit ans d’expérience en prêts commerciaux, notamment en financement d’équipement et en crédit-bail
- Solides antécédents en développement des affaires et en négociation
- Expérience en analyse d’états financiers
- Compréhension de l’équipement de transport/de construction, y compris des marques, des modèles et des évaluations
- Maîtrise des structures et des produits de prêt et de crédit-bail, ainsi que de la promotion de ces produits pour répondre aux besoins des clients
- Capacité éprouvée de structurer des opérations financières
- Aptitudes vérifiables pour les présentations et la communication écrite
- Habileté à gérer les priorités et à respecter les échéances
- Esprit d’équipe exceptionnel et intégrité dans ses rapports avec toutes les parties prenantes

**Qualifications privilégiées**
- MBA ou titre professionnel de CA ou de CFA, un atout
- Réseau établi dans le secteur du transport et/ou de la construction de la province de l’Ontario
