This position contributes to Starbucks success by assisting store development managers in identifying, prioritizing, and developing new sites for Starbucks retail stores.
***As a real estate representative, you will**:
- Analyze letters of intent (LOI) and identify key issues for the development managers.
- Track the status of all LOI packages for completion.
- Assist managers in preparing presentations of site recommendations for new locations utilizing geographic and demographic analysis. May also present materials to senior management, operations and other internal partners.
- Assist store development managers by utilizing existing marketing research tools to perform site/market analysis. Assisting with preparing and distributing all aspects of the real estate tour package.
- Assist store development managers in tracking and managing against performance goals and budget. Assisting in preparing management, pipeline reports and business plans.
- Assist store development managers with collecting and analyzing due diligence and other documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinating legal documentation with internal and external legal counsel.
- Assist store development managers in formulating and executing market strategy.
- Assist with researching and analyzing new and existing submarkets through broker networks, new market surveys and visits. Analyzing proforma and identifying key issues for the development managers.
- Attend industry events as needed.
- Coordinate real estate processes throughout the lifecycle of the project including preparing new real estate files, assisting development managers with letters of intent and packages. Inputs, updates and distributes site information and project schedules where appropriate.
- Acting as a key resource on training, process and practices for new partners within the region.
- Functioning as a key contact for information gathering and distribution to and from brokers, consultants and various other external and internal partners.
- Managing the project administration with the project team. Assisting with the management of task prioritization and ensuring continued momentum.
- Researching real estate markets, responding to real estate inquiries.
- Tracking key milestone project dates and communicating required information to all internal and external partners.
**Qualifications -**

- Contract & lease administration experience.
- Experience with project administration in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage.
- Exposure to commercial or retail industry experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
- Financial acumen
- Ability to negotiate
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations.
