**About the role**:
A mission critical role for Media.Monks is **Web Operations Manager, Partner Marketing**. In this role, you would manage the day to day operations of a partner-facing web platform for one of our largest tech clients. This is a role where you'll partner with internal teams to maintain the web platform for key customers, lead the web content update roadmap and process, and manage all communications sent out to cross-functional teams & customers.
- The ability to manage ongoing website maintenance including bug fixes, feature builds, and content review/publishing
- Proven experience defining web development and maintenance roadmaps that launch on-time.
- Strong level of analytical skills, pulling data and sharing insights, dashboard management, and delivering report-outs and strategic analyses to management.
We are looking for a rockstar strategic and well versed manager who has demonstrated:
**The day-to-day**:
- Reviewing bug reports and open tickets to schedule fixes and website updates
- Managing security and access control to ensure the platform is secure and accessed by verified users
- Bringing to life the long term strategy and implications for the platform web development roadmap
- Manage external agency resources to implement website updates, fixes and new content.
- Lead the overall content production across the hub including previewing the content, ensuring style and voice are adhered to, and ultimately publishing the new pages
- Lead and manage the communications with product marketing stakeholders to support key launches. And be the expert of the platform to guide content updates based on best practices, new capabilities and feasibility.
- Manage and communicate metrics and dashboard insights to management, including recommending areas for improvement, providing a full report-out to management (e.g. end of year reports, etc.)
- Strong communication, project management and relationship building skills with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
**Who we're looking for**:
- Website management: 3-5 year managing website projects including bug fixing, content updates and roadmap planning.
- Strong prioritization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong proficiency with web metrics and reporting tools, with a keen understanding of how to share insights and optimize on these metrics.
- Proven experience with asset creation and management.
- Attention to detail to ensure that assets and information are accurate and secure to enable sharing of sensitive business information and ensuring assets are meeting specifications.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills and are comfortable with communicating across the org including stakeholder and external agencies.
- Web development competency and/or familiarity with different CMS platforms is strongly preferred.
