What You’ll be Doing:
- Plan, Develop and Execute Toyota Vehicle Incentive Programs_- Review and analyze competitive incentive activities and consolidate key insights to stakeholders.- Develop monthly proposals for selected Toyota vehicles based on the achievement of sales volume and profit targets.- Develop and implement new strategies to deploy vehicle incentives to market in partnership with other departments such as DSSO (Dealer Standards and Sales Operations), Retail Marketing and TFS (Toyota Financial Services).- Maintain, develop, and improve current spreadsheets, dashboards and other tools that support KPI monitoring.- Investigate and develop new research methods and approaches to provide novel and meaningful insight.- Support quarterly and annual incentive budget planning
- _._- Cross training with team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhance coverage.
- Prepare and present monthly strategy proposals to stakeholders_- Prepare and deliver monthly incentive strategy proposal to management and executives to gain approval for execution into the marketplace.- Consolidate key competitive insight to management and key stakeholders.- Communicate approved monthly strategy and industry analysis to zones, dealers, TFS (Toyota Financial Services), and internal departments.- Prepare ad-hoc presentation materials as required.
What You’ll Bring:
- University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related discipline- 3+ years of automotive and analytics experience- Experience with cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders and set deliverable dates- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts to a variety of audiences- Excellent attention to detail- Presentation skills with the ability to influence- Strong problem-solving skills- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)- Strong time management abilities- Customer-focus orientation- Demonstrated understanding of PDCA (plan, do, check, act)
