**Post-Doctoral Fellow (Encapsulation of Probiotics)**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
Applicants should process a Ph.D. in Food Science/Microbiology or closely related field. Preference will be given to applicants with a food microbiology background with emphasis on probiotics and encapsulation. Someone with good communication skills and ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team is essential.
