Duties and Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers (new and existing) in a friendly, outgoing manner.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect wine and educating them on the craft wine making experience (training provided). Basic wine knowledge required.
- Organizational skills is a strong asset, as the production side of wine needs good attention to detail.
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience. Our customers are our business, and they are number one
- Ability to learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, as well as learning the wine making processes (training provided).
- Strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Aim for customer resolution and return. We value our customer experience and want to make every customer, a repeat. Sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50 or more lbs. is REQUIRED. This position does have some lifting that is a requirement of this job.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- High school degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent at communicating in person and over the phone.
- Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once, and at times work in a fast pace environment.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Customer focused for a positive customer experience and resolution. Make customers a priority
- **MUST be willing to work Evenings and Saturdays.**:

- Wages to be reviewed in 3 months. Potential for additional commission to be discussed.

**Job Type: Part-time**

**Salary**: $16.55 - $17.50 /hour
