Contract Support Administrator***

**Salary**:$62,000 - $75,000**
The Contract Support Administrator performs a variety of administrative duties related to Military Contracts supporting the Customer Support Departments. Typical duties include; ensuring that customer requirements are met, reports and invoices are prepared on time, customer (internal and external) communication is effective, and provide administrative support to both the Accessories and Engine Customer Support Departments.
**Your Tasks**:
- Review contracts in accordance with federal regulation and organizational policies
- Project, sales order and gate sheet creation and update in SAP.
- Accessory Service Order (ASO) creation
- Create Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRL) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) for input to US Government Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)
- Create Over & Above Proposals for Engines and ARC
- Update Engine Summary Log and SAP.
- Track deliverables, and communicate with stakeholders to address any issues or modifications.
- Prepare and verify invoice data and ensure timely and accurate invoicing for both Engines and ARC.
- Ensure appropriate communication with external and internal customers.
- Liaise with various departments within MTU
- Represent the customer effectively within MTU and possess an understanding of customer requirements and perspective
- Assist with organization of both internal and vendor meetings.
- Preparation of customer engine status reports
- Work closely with the Senior Customer Support Managers in Engines and ARC, and the Director, Military Programs.
- Work with a variety of government and commercial entities including GE Aviation, the Canadian Commercial Corporation (CCC), the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC)
- Provide backup support for Customer Support Manager
- Assist Director, Military Programs with Property Closeout Reporting
- Filing (Sales & Customer Support folder)
**Our Requirements**:
- College diploma in a business related area and 5-10 years experience in accounting, customer sales support, preferably in an aviation environment, education in account bookkeeping, customer sales support administration is an asset.
- Expert knowledge with MS Office Excel/Word
- Experience with SAP functions/transactions and system (or similar ERP system) is an asset
