**Concrètement, **à quoi ressemble**ront tes journées ?**
- Obtenir les soumissions, placer et suivre les commandes auprès des fournisseurs et des demandeurs pour le matériel de vente, de bureau et marketing pour les différentes unités d’affaires;
- Assurer le bon fonctionnement du système de gestion des achats;
- Faire le suivi des inventaires et planifier les commandes en fonction des objectifs;
- Coordonner la mise à jour des différents documents à imprimer avec les différents départements (marketing, ventes, production et expédition);
- Effectuer la vérification des factures et codification pour la comptabilité;
- Coordonner les différents projets en cours et assurer la livraison dans les temps;
- Coordonner le programme de lettrage des véhicules.

**Ce qu’il te faut pour être Coordonnateur(trice) de l’approvisionnement chez nous?**
- Détenir un diplôme en administration, ou dans un domaine pertinent;
- Posséder une année d’expérience dans un poste équivalent;
- Maîtriser le français et avoir de bonnes connaissances de l’anglais (oral et écrit);
- Posséder une bonne connaissance des processus d’analyse de gestion de projet;
- Posséder une bonne qualité de jugement;
- Être en mesure de percevoir l’urgence des situations et prioriser efficacement;
- Faire preuve d’adaptabilité et être autonome;
- Être en mesure de collaborer et avoir une excellente capacité de communication;
- Démontrer un fort sens des responsabilités et porter une grande attention aux détails.
