**Your daily routine**
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues and offering support throughout the purchasing and project delivery process.
- Assess customer needs through in-depth interviews
- Present and show different housing models, explaining their respective features, benefits and customizable options
- Validate and follow up on financing, land, preliminary plans, finishing touches, building permits, surveyor, etc.
- Manage sales contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
- Coordinate factory visits to enable customers to visualize the progress of their project and discuss technical details
- Collaborate with design, production and installation teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Prospect for new customers using various resources (databases, trade shows, references, social media, etc.)
- Monitor market trends, new technologies and competition to stay informed and propose innovative solutions
- Maintain up-to-date sales, prospect and customer data in the IT system
- Build strong relationships with customers and nurture brand loyalty
**Your expertise**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales
- Relevant experience in the construction industry, an asset
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (French/English), an asset
- Computer skills (MS Office, Teams/Zoom, etc.)
- Professionalism and courtesy
- High level of commitment to provide exemplary customer service
- Communication, sales and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented
- Team spirit
- Available to travel for corporate events
