**Reports to**: Sales Manager

**Summary**

This position is responsible for stocking in vehicles and keeping maintenance of inventory.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Stocking in all new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Save and upload factory invoices to stock cards and scan to inventory for purchasing.
- Prepare dealer trades, incoming and outgoing. Set up transport for incoming dealer trades. Create bill of sales for outgoing.
- Input keys into Keytrack.
- Forward internal PO’s to ensure car goes through the shop.
- Purchase vehicles for inventory whether retail or wholesale and lease buyouts (HUB entry).
- Complete CDK journal accounting entries.
- Code invoices with stock numbers and input the information into One-Eighty.
- Register demos/loaners as needed.
- Creation of MOTUS invoices.
- Forwarding of all deals to HQ.
- Ensure Cheque Requisitions are sent out when required.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be able to communicate in verbal and written English.
- Proficient with the following computer environments: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook and Accounting software.
- One-Eighty and CDK experience.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
