**Role Summary**

As the Marketing Project Manager, you will plan and execute Eminence product launches and go-to-market strategies for new products and services. You will manage the product launch process, new corporate projects and work closely with Marketing & Communications, Product Development, Digital, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Education to deliver products and promotions materials which strengthen and enrich the Eminence brand and grow our Spa Partners' businesses. To ensure the Marketing team delivers launches on time and on-brand, you will develop and manage the launch project plan and process and lead cross-functional team meetings to ensure all products and marketing pieces are in stock prior to their launch date. As the Marketing Project Manager, you will report directly to he Marketing Launch & Promotions Team Lead.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage critical paths for product launches, corporate projects and create workback schedules
- Coordinate timelines and team resources for multiple deliverables including, but not limited to: launch communications, mailings, labels, packaging, photoshoots and promotional materials
- Lead mailings process including determining dates for all mailings and coordination with Supply Chain & Operations teams to ensure that all mailings are sent on time
- Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure the launch strategy is cohesive and well communicated - the primary mechanism for this is the Go-to-Market Planning Meetings
- Manage print and digital launch communications to Outside Sales Team and Spa Partners
- Proofread and copy edit print materials, verifying information and content aligns with Project Scope
- Implement updates to Excel and pdf Product Order Forms for each launch in conjunction with the Product Development, Marketing & Communications, Sales and Information Services teams
- Prepare launch information for company-wide conference calls with direction from the Marketing Launch Manager
- Project manage the creation of new marketing launch materials including, but not limited to, promotional print pieces, catalogues and order forms
- Project manage all product labels, boxes, silk screening artwork and other miscellaneous packaging (including reprints) - ensures that all packaging adheres to FDA and cosmetic regulations
- Ensure accuracy of all copy, names, sizes, SKU numbers and ingredients on each new piece in accordance with packaging regulations for each market including multilingual
- Work closely with the Marketing Print & Production Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and Supply Chain team to manage all print pieces and packaging for each project including POs, proof approvals, deadlines and lend insight into the forecasting of new print materials

**Qualifications**
- College diploma or degree in Business and/or Marketing or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Project Management experience (minimum 3-5 years) plus Team leadership experience (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Project Management software experience e.g. Asana, Excel (minimum 2 years)
- Experience working with external vendors e.g. manufacturing, printing, agencies (minimum 1-2 years)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams e.g. Supply Chain, Sales, Product Development and Technology (minimum 1-2 years)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification an asset
- Product Launch Management experience with a focus on consumer package goods an asset
- Experience in the Spa and/or Health & Beauty industry an asset
- Effective time management, multi-tasking, organizational and leadership ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as exemplary attention to detail
- Exceptional computer skills (especially MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint intermediate to advanced Excel)
