**Job Summary**
We are looking for an **Experienced Full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Support Person**for our busy Real Estate Brokerage in Cambridge, Ontario
Required experience:
- Real Estate front desk experience preferred
- Telephone experience required
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answering incoming phones, booking & confirming appointments and paging agents
- Real Estate Administrative work: prepare offers, amendments, etc.
- Filing & Handling Paperwork
- Greeting customers and clients
- Handle all courier needs
- Assisting agents
- Scan documents
- Receive deposit cheques
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Real Estate front desk experience an asset
- Excellent phone skills and etiquette are a must
- Professional and customer service oriented
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Integrity and hardworking
- Experience using WEBForms preferred
- Independent Worker
- Punctual, reliable, and a desire to learn
- Fluent in English: (Written & Verbal)
- **Must be available to work weekdays 9 p.m. - 5 p.m.**:
- **Must also be willing to work 1 p.m. - 9 p.m. if necessary**:
- **Wages to be determined by experience**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
