We are looking for an **Experienced Full-time Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Support Person**for our busy Real Estate Brokerage in Cambridge, Ontario

Required experience:

- Real Estate front desk experience preferred
- Telephone experience required
- Accurate Filing required

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Answering incoming phones, booking & confirming appointments and paging agents
- Real Estate Administrative work: prepare offers, amendments, etc.
- Filing & Handling Paperwork
- Inputting Real Estate Transactions
- Editing and reporting listings
- Liase with our admin department
- Greeting customers and clients
- Handle all courier needs
- Assisting agents
- Scan documents
- Receive deposit cheques
- **Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Real Estate front desk experience an asset**:

- **Excellent phone skills and etiquette are a must**:

- Professional and customer service oriented
- Computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- A team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Integrity and hardworking
- Experience using WEBForms preferred
- Independent Worker
- Punctual, reliable, and a desire to learn
