Vancouver, Canada Synic Software Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Working with clients to detail specific project deliverables
- Creating a timeline of goals to be met
- Contract negotiation and drafting
- Developing project plans for clients and staff
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Manage project resource allocation.
- Tracking project status and ensuring roadblocks to completion are mitigated or escalated.
- Ensuring that all budgetary objectives are met, making adjustments as needed
- Aligning business process and workflow models for clients.
- Identify issues, propose resolutions, and brief to production team
- Designing, documenting, and maintaining project management systems.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other Marketing related field.
- Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet software
- Communications skills, both written and verbal
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and time management skills
- Mandarin speaking is a must

**Salary**: $55,000.00 per year
