**We are currently seeking 2 Application Specialists**

**Full-time permanent**
- EMRI, an electronic medical records management system, and
- GoldCare, a client record management (CRM) system

**Key Skills, Experience and Behaviors required for this position**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other IT related areas is preferred
- Experience with completing quality assurance (QA) testing is highly preferred.
- Experience in a health care environment is preferred
- Be able to comply with PHIPA regulations to ensure that Patient Health Information (PHI) confidentiality is always maintained
- Attention to detail and a drive to lead testing, and ensure that new features, upgrades, and enhancements are tested thoroughly to minimize impacts to the front line is required
- The ability to easily communicate (both written and oral) at a technical/ business level and directly with the vendor to ensure issues are understood at all levels
- Supreme organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and issue escalations
- Autonomous, independent worker with the ability to work with team members closely
- Ability to be flexible in hours worked including some work after hours and on weekends (for new releases/updates)
- Excellent work and attendance record required.
