What can I expect to do in this role?

**You will**:

- coordinate meeting arrangements and manage the Director's schedule
- prioritize issues for the Director's attention
- prepare and proofread written materials for management's review
- review budget information, analyze and prepare variance and monthly financial analysis reports
- coordinate administrative functions, such as purchasing, asset inventory and control, accommodation and facilities
- coordinate filing systems and manage a database inventory of branch assets
- act as liaison on human resources matters, such as recruitment, employee status changes, payroll, training and development

How do I qualify?

**Organizational skills**:

- You can prioritize tasks with conflicting deadlines and work on your own initiative and with mínimal supervision.

**Communication and interpersonal skills**:

- You can liaise with internal and external stakeholders and respond effectively to inquiries.

**Administrative knowledge**:

- You have experience with administrative office procedures to develop, implement and administer effective systems and processes, including filing systems, records management and retention, assets management, purchasing, accommodation and facilities.
