**The Role**
We are looking for a **SAP Master Data Controller (MDC)** interested in starting a career as part of our Business Systems team. This position will support JVF transformational SAP project.

**Your Impact**
- Manage companywide processes (review, approve, deploy) around master data requests for the following SAP S/4HANA Master Data domains: Material Master, Customer Master, Supplier Master, Product Structures, Finance Master Data and Quality Master Data
- Ensure integrity and consistency of enterprise master data, supporting secure solutions for sensitive data and enhancing confidence in system data across platforms and business units.
- Manage master data requirements for S4 and integrated systems (i.e. SAC, IBP), overseeing data modeling, validation, and hierarchy to optimize data integrity.
- Serve as master data liaison, collaborating with business departments and building cross-departmental teams to ensure ongoing data accuracy and maintenance.
- Educate the organization on the importance of Master Data Management for SAP project success, providing training, insights, and support for SAP users while focusing on maintaining a high-performance culture.

**About You**
- SAP experience in Manufacturing or a related industry
- Proven analytical skills and strong quantitative skills, including a data-driven approach, to properly evaluate and interpret cross-functional data standardization requirements
- Prior experience or exposure to master data governance and administration, along with familiarity with company policies and industry standards
- Ability to interact effectively with both business and IT stakeholders to resolve master data-related issues; Including relationship building and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of database concepts, with additional experience in SQL and BI solutions considered advantageous but not required
