**Responsibilities**:
1. Role Development: Collaborate with management to define and refine the responsibilities and objectives of the Client Experience Coordinator role.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, seeking feedback to continuously improve service delivery.

3. Service Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality standards and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall client experience.

4. Retail Operations: Assist in managing retail storefront operations, including inventory management and customer transactions.

5. Pick-up and Delivery Services: Support the coordination of pick-up and delivery schedules, ensuring efficient and timely service.

6. Team Support: Provide support to the operational team, including drivers and retail staff, to ensure smooth daily operations.

7. Problem Solving: Actively participate in addressing operational challenges and resolving customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.

8. Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and inventory levels for analysis.

9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements related to transportation and garment handling.

10.Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

11.Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills in customer service and operational procedures.
