- Previous experience as a receptionist in a medical office setting preferred
- Familiarity with office phone systems and scheduling software
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cardiology procedures and terminology is a plus
